Payment Options And Order Cancellation

ONLINE: Customers can make secure online payments through various modes like Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, e-Wallets and more through our payment services partner – Razorpay.

You will be redirected to our secure payment page hosted with Razorpay, which uses PCI DSS and ISO:27001 compliant encryption to secure transactions. CASH ON DELIVERY: We also provide the option to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery. To avail COD option, please do not check ‘Ship to a different address?’ on Checkout page. We might call the phone number mentioned under billing details to confirm your COD order before processing it.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once we receive your order and payment, the order’s status will be updated to ‘Processing’. Order cancellation can be done till the order status remains as ‘Processing’. Order cancellation can be done through your order history on the website, or by contacting customer care.

Once the order is processed and shipping label is generated, the order status will be updated to ‘Completed’. Order cannot be cancelled after this status update.

REFUND: Processing can take up to 7 days from the date of order cancellation. Credit of refund amount by the payment gateway / bank to your account can take 7-30 days.
