Returns, Exchange And Refund

For the unlikely scenario of a product return, we have formulated our return policy to make your shopping experience pleasant and convenient. We also offer a no questions asked 15-day return.

RETURN SCENARIOS

ISSUES AT DELIVERY

Please do not accept delivery of a package that appears to be damaged or tampered. Open and check contents before signing POD. In case of any issue with delivery package, please contact us immediately. After investigation, we shall process a replacement, or store credit / refund in case of stock outage.

NON-DELIVERY

In case your order is not delivered within 15 days from date of shipping, please inform us immediately (latest before 30 days from date of shipping). After investigation, we shall process a replacement, or store credit / refund in case of stock outage.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

A product with manufacturing defects can be returned within 15 days from date of delivery. After returned product clears QC, we shall process a replacement, or store credit / refund in case of stock outage. If returned product fails QC, we shall ship the same product back to you after receiving payment for to-and-fro shipping charges.

NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN

You may return a product for any other reason (no questions asked) within 15 days from date of delivery. You will have to pay and arrange return to our address. After return product clears QC, we shall issue store credit valid for future purchases on the website. Please note that shipping charges will be deducted before issuing store credit. If returned product fails QC, we shall ship the same product back to you after receiving payment for shipping charges.

EXCLUSIONS & CONDITIONS

Used products cannot be returned. Damages due to misuse are not covered under return policy. Consumable products whose primary packaging has been opened cannot be returned. Innerwear products like panties and lowers (in bra sets, nightwear, swimwear, etc), swimsuits, stockings, etc, are not eligible for return due to hygiene concerns. Please ensure that the product is returned in the actual condition it was in at the time of delivery with all associated tags, packaging (undamaged) and accessories. Returns shall be approved only after QC.

REFUNDS

Processing can take up to 7 days from the date of refund approval. Refund amount shall be equal to the actual payment, after deducting discounts, cashbacks, offers, etc. Credit against prepaid orders (online payment) shall go to the same account from which payment was received. Credit of refund amount by the payment gateway / bank to your account can take 7-30 days. Refund of post-paid orders (cash on delivery) shall be made via cheque or NEFT. Please note that payee name in case of cheque and account name in case of NEFT will have to be the same as the name given under Billing details on Checkout page while placing order on the website.
