ONLINE: Customers can make secure online payments through various modes like Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, e-Wallets and more through our payment services partners.

You will be redirected to our secure payment pages hosted with our partners, which are PCI Level 1-certified payment processors. Payment information is tokenised for data protection. For further details, please visit the particular payment gateway's website.

CASH ON DELIVERY: We also provide the option to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery. To avail COD option, please do not check ‘Use a different billing address’ on Checkout page. We might call the phone number mentioned under billing details to confirm your COD order before processing it.

Order Cancellation

Once we receive your order and payment, the order’s status will be updated to ‘Processing’. Order cancellation can be done till the order status remains as ‘Processing’. Order cancellation can be done by contacting customer care.

Once the order is processed and shipping label is generated, the order status will be updated to ‘Completed’. Order cannot be cancelled after this status update.

REFUND: Processing can take up to 7 days from the date of order cancellation. Credit of refund amount by the payment gateway / bank to your account can take 7-30 days.
